MediPlus may collect and process certain Personal Information from User - such as the User's name, date of birth, telephone number, mobile phone number, e-mail address, mailing address, username, and password to process subscription procedures including checking the eligibility of the membership. MediPlus may also collect User's Personal Information - such as the verification code, diagnostic information, diet information, and the device information - to fulfill the User's request for use of certain features of the Website and/or the Mobile App, to conduct consultations, and for MediPlus' personalized content services based on the pre-assigned diagnostic information.

MediPlus provides User the option, at User's sole election, to upload a profile image that is viewable by other participants of the Services, but this is not mandatory. User may delete User's profile picture at any time by logging into the Mobile App and visiting the profile settings page.
MediPlus may obtain your personal health information from your health care provider upon User's request and prior approval. MediPlus may collect certain personal health information such as User's height, weight, blood pressure, blood glucose and gender and display User's biometrics to User based on these inputs.Demographic & Non-Identifying Information

MediPlus may offer users the ability to manage their public profile and use profile preference settings, the functionality and features of which are subject to change from time to time, so visit it frequently to confirm the settings reflect User's then current preferences and MediPlus recommends that User does not post information or content as part of User's profile that User is not prepared to make public. MediPlus shall retain Users' Personal Information for the duration of the service subscription period and hold it for up to six months after the withdrawal of the membership or until the dispute is resolved unless regulated otherwise. MediPlus destroys Personal Information without delay after the purpose of collecting and using Personal Information is achieved.
The destruction procedures are as follows. When the purpose of collection and use is achieved, User's Personal Information is transferred to a separate DB, or a separate filing cabinet in case of paper, and stored for a certain period in accordance with the related regulations, and then destroyed. Personal information transferred to a separate DB shall not be used for purpose other than preservation purposes, except for cases required by the law or for handling civil disputes. Personal Information written or printed out shall be destroyed through crushing or incineration, and Personal Information stored in electronic files, such as DB, shall be destroyed using non-reproducible technical methods. Some services require a separate procedure such as withdrawal from the service because Personal Information is not completely deleted even if User deletes the Mobile App.

We follow generally accepted industry standards, including the use of appropriate administrative, physical and technical safeguards, to protect the Personal Information submitted to us. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Please be aware that certain Personal Information and other information provided by you in connection with your use of the App may be stored on your device (even if we do not collect that information). You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device from unauthorized access.
If we are acquired by or merged with a third-party entity, or if we are subject to a bankruptcy or any comparable event, we reserve the right to transfer or assign Personal Information in connection therewith.
User may request access to Personal Information, or records that MediPlus uses or provide to third parties, records that User has agreed to for collection, use and provision of Personal Information. User or his/her legal representative may call the customer center to view and correct Personal Information. In order for User to cancel his/her subscription, User can withdraw by clicking ‘Membership Withdrawal' of Mobile App after going through the identity verification process.
If User requests correction of an error in Personal Information, MediPlus shall correct the error without delay. If the error is not corrected, MediPlus shall notify User of the reason and shall not use the Personal Information or provide it to a third party until correction is made.
Children under the age of 14 cannot subscribe to the Services, so even with the consent of their legal representative, they cannot agree to the collection, use and provision of Personal Information to third parties.
